Terms and Conditions

The advertised prices apply to round trips made on the same day within the pre-established schedules.

Berlengatours reserves the right to cancel the booking without any cost to the client in the following cases:

• Unfavourable sea conditions;
• Technical malfunction of the vessel;
• Insufficient number of passengers;
• Failure to show up at the ticket stands 30 minutes before departure to collect the ticket;
• Failure to make advance payment;
• Failure to show up 15 minutes before boarding time;
• Inappropriate or risky behaviour.

Berlengatours reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

• Trip cancellation or change in the number of passengers by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice;
• Failure to show up for boarding calls 15 minutes before departure in Peniche or on Berlenga Island;
• Failure to show up at the location of the scheduled activities on Berlenga Island at the appointed time;
• Failure to appear 15 minutes before the boarding time.
